We require 1/2 of fee in advance as a deposit, balance due at the time of service.

Wedding and sporting events balance/final payment is due no later than a week before the event.

During Prom season all deposits are Non-Refundable
with final balance due two weeks before the Prom event.

There is no refund for any Prom event cancelled within two weeks of the Prom event or after the final balance is due for the Prom event.

A 50 percent cancellation fee will be charged if reservation for non prom event is cancelled with 72 hours notice.

Full charge for cancellation with less than 72 hours notice. Full amount will be billed for "no shows"
